Preferred Plus available for occasional cigar users.
 
Treadmill EKG required for ages 41-70, cases over 10 million. Not routinely required at ages 40 and under, or at ages 71 and over for any amount.
 
They are reducing the number of APS's ordered which will expedite processing of cases.
 
And remember, Banner Life and William Penn have increased their conditional receipt limits to $1,000,000. They will now bind coverage on face amounts through $1 million and to issue age 70.
